ACPHO is an Afghan National, Non-profitable, non-political, non-governmental civil society organization established in 2022, registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan under registration 5316. ACPHO is working particularly for Child Rights, formal and informal education, vocational education, stationery and kits collection and distribution, literacy and accelerated learning for marginalized and IDPs children and aged girls and women, democracy, human rights, good governance, employment and livelihood support, and emergency response wherever children in distress.

Its mission is to contribute to peace building, equality & equity, poverty alleviation and sustainable growth by strengthening promoting & protecting child education, child rights for a developed and bright Afghanistan.

ACPHO’s main thrust is Securing Child rights through promoting child’s participation at all levels of the life skills and access to resources. According to the organization’s policy networking at various levels and policy advocacy are the important areas of ACPHO’s program implementation approach.

Accordingly, campaign, lobbying and policy advocacy activities have been undertaking jointly with the social organization formed at local level and with the national level platforms. At present, ACPHO implements 4 programs in achieving its goal.

ACPHO has implemented many complex projects in so many provinces, despite the tough security situation.   These are our physical efforts to help Afghanistan make a permanent break with its troubled past.

ACPHO believes that vulnerable children should enjoy security including food, healthcare, a place to live, education, a safe and healthy environment, and the ability to participate in decisions effecting their families, community and country.

ACPHO programs seek to help children to obtain these basic child rights and focus on reintegration and education and it is supported by all who love education and want the communities to be out of the darkness of illiteracy and unawareness ACPHO with having offices in different locations, which are located in Kabul, Nangarhar, Khost, Balkh, Baghlan and Paktika consists of professional staff operating in different sectors including education and development activities.
